The Smiths at Sky Top: Flat Rock NC Family Portraits

Three sweet sisters, two fun and loving parents, and a beautiful fall morning in the mountains. I met the Smiths at Sky Top Orchards in Flat Rock NC for portraits of this adorable and good-as-gold family. I loved photographing this family, and I love their portraits, but I do NOT love that I always go to SkyTop when the apples are already off the trees. Boo! Their apple cider donuts, however, make me feel much, much better. 😉

The Burch Clan: Spartanburg SC Family Portraits

Usually for a photographer, more people = more challenging, but not with the Burches. This extended family of 8 was easy-peasy to photograph, because they are just so loving and agreeable! I had a great afternoon photographing their family portraits at Cleveland Park in Spartanburg SC.

The Lees in the Leaves: Greer, SC Family Portraits

I love this family, and I love this place! My sweet friends The Lees came to my sweet grandparents’ house for portraits of their family under the ginormous maple tree. Ella Jane had lots of fun playing in the huge carpet of bright orange leaves beneath the tree. Who can resist all these leaves and Ellie’s pretty blue eyes??

Robyn and Burton just celebrated their 3rd wedding anniversary this week. Happy Anniversary, ya’ll! I’m so glad I was a part of your wedding! (I was a bridesmaid rather than a photographer that day….)

Coming Soon…Baby Thomas: Maternity and Family Portraits

Forgive me for being such a terrible blogger???

This is the 4th year in a row that I’ve photographed this family, and Lauren asked their mom “Why does Miss Amy take our pictures EVERY year?” This year’s session was extra-special, because Baby Thomas is coming soon! (Very soon….in just a couple of weeks, or even fewer if mama gets her wish!) Enjoy these maternity and family portraits, and please–no hate mail for Jessica who looks AMAZING at 36 weeks. 😉
