Baby Liam: 18 days old
Oh my goodness, what a cutie-pie to christen my new blog! I spent a sunny Sunday afternoon with Liam and his parents, a cool mountain breeze blowing in through the screen door, a new baby in his first home, and a mommy and daddy completely in love with their little family.
It’s safe to say that Liam has some photo-worthy hair…a little “rocker ‘do.”
See, he already rocks!
Liam’s nursery…
Some babies are delivered by the stork; Liam arrived via FedEx…
OK, I will give credit where credit is due! My photographer friend Tim Brown suggested a similar shot, and I jumped on it because Liam’s dad works at FedEx…PERFECT! (Thanks Tim!)
I love to show Liam’s size in relation to his parents’ size. Over the years, this is a photo we can re-create to show how much he’s grown.
In their “Coming Soon…Liam” post, I mentioned that Kristen and Mitchell have quite the love story. This is a picture of them when they began dating…when they were 13 years old! Loooove it!
NOTE: To view Liam’s full session, click HERE. The password is the family’s last name.
Don’t forget to “show me (and Liam!) some love!” I love to know you’ve been here looking and to hear your thoughts. And how about finally having humongous photos on the blog?? Wooohoo! 😉

Welcome to ACP!!
Wow, what a journey. Way back in November I began the process of getting serious about Amy Clifton Photography. Now, I’ve always been serious about the photography that I create, but not so much when it came to the business side of things. I began working with the insanely creative, amazingly kind, and awesomely fun team at Peculiar Productions and EnableInc. here in Greenville, SC. I chose them because we share the philosophy that there is no such thing as a “business relationship:” you don’t gain someone’s business until you make it personal.
The past 5 months have been filled with creative meetings, designs, edits & excitement. With nerves, tears, self-discovery, self-doubt & self-confidence. With photo shoots, new friends, encouragement & all-nighters….and here is the result! My website. My work. My thoughts. Me. ACP is not just about the photos, it is about the experience. It is about the relationships…between you and the people you love, and between you and the photographer who loves to catch the real moments, true emotions, and important details of your life.
My hope is that you will dig in and explore my site! All of my old blog entries now live here, and I will keep it updated with photos and thoughts from current sessions. My website lives here, too, so click around! There are some videos tucked away, little tidbits to help you discover who I am, and tons of photos that are elegant yet edgy, classy but cool, sassy and sentimental…very “ACP.” I hope you will come back over and over to keep up with me, my work, and all of the amazing people who trust me with their memories.
Welcome to ACP!!

Hannah & Alan are Married!
When Hannah was in high school, she would come to South Carolina during the summers to visit family. She always hung out with the teens from her family members’ church, and although she and Alan knew each other, they were “just friends.” Fast forward to 4.4.09….the perfect spring day for these two to show the world that while they are the best of friends, they are no longer “just” friends.
Hannah is one of the sweetest, most relaxed brides I’ve ever met, and that just shines through…
She’s a little bit sassy, too. 🙂
Hannah with her sisters Olivia and Amanda…
…and their parents.
Alan was just as relaxed, just as easy-going as Hannah. (Although there was some discussion about a Batman mask coming out during the ceremony…hmmm, I think he’s got a mischievous side too!)
Alan and his mom. Did I mention that he was about a foot taller than anyone involved in this wedding?? 🙂
I loved the architecture in the sanctuary.
Husband and wife! BTW, they processed up the aisle after the ceremony to the “Super Mario” song, too cute!
I love when a photo can tell a story without even seeing anyone’s face…
Love love love the details on Hannah’s dress!
Hello, adorable!
Any guesses on the honeymoon destination? Hehe!
Hannah and Alan–thank you so much for inviting me to be a part of your wedding day. Everything was beautiful, your family and friends were so much fun, and you guys are awesome! I hope you are having a great time at the “happiest place on earth”…I’m guessing that as long as you’re together you make it the happiest place. 🙂
And finally, my favorite:
*NOTE to Hannah and Alan’s family and friends: Please check back over the next week or two for a link to the full ordering gallery so you can see all of the proofs from the wedding! Thanks!
