I just got home from Sammy and Craig’s “Coming Soon” maternity portrait session, and I just.can’t.wait. I have to go ahead and show you a few of my favorites from our mountain-meadows shoot!
If you know Sammy and Craig, I think you’ll agree that this picture is very “them”…lots of laughter, probably giving each other a hard time, and plenty of energy! I love it!
Pretty little mama. 34 weeks today.
Y’all are beautiful!!
A super-favorite…
Sammy and Craig, I’m so excited to see you guys become parents. What a fun and loving family you will be! Today was awesome….you BOTH did great and I had a blast. Enjoy your Sneak Peek. 🙂
As always, I hope you’ll leave a comment below to “show us some love!”
Senior Portraits….not just for high school! Elizabeth is about to graduate from college, and we spent some time at Falls Park in Greenville shooting portraits for her graduation announcements. After a week of gorgeous 80* spring days, it was overcast and a chilly 45* for her session (boo!)….but Elizabeth was amazing and we had a great time anyway!
Elizabeth wanted to make sure I got a photo that captures her unique eyes–love them!
Girl, you are GOR-geous!! Love these next two…
Elizabeth–Congratulations on graduation next month! Makes me miss my college days…there’s no other time like it! 🙂
Her mommy owns the Greenville children’s consignment store and boutique, Little Pampered People. They have adorable clothes and accessories for YOUR little pampered person. 🙂
Sweet girl did NOT want to sleep during our photoshoot! Love these puckery little lips…
She also wasn’t too happy about this hat, hehe!
Shhhhhhhhhhhhh! Adorable.
Caris’ girly girl nursery…
And my favorites from the day….with her awesome Big Brother.
I hope you’ll go visit Little Pampered People. If you do, please tell Tonya that you heard about her boutique from ACP! As always, please click below to leave a comment and “show us some love!”

First of all, if you are visiting my site from the Wedding Festivals, WELCOME! Thank you so much for stopping by my booth (yep, I’m the girl with the chandeliers in her booth!) and for taking the time to visit my website and check out more of my work. I know that the Festival can be a little overwhelming…lots to look at, lots of decisions, and lots of people vying for your attention. Your wedding photography is one of the most important decisions–and certainly the most lasting–that you will make regarding your wedding day, and I would love the opportunity to sit down and chat over a coffee or glass of wine…without all the craziness of the crowd! Please call or email if you’d like to get together! (864) 907-4959 or [email protected].
In the meantime, I hope you will enjoy viewing my work! Since the winter slows down a bit for weddings, you’ll notice that most of my recent blog post are family portraits. I’ll be catching up with some wedding photos that didn’t make it to the blog back in the summer, and you can also go to the “Click Here” tab on the top right of my blog, where you’ll find a drop-down box with categories. Click on any of those wedding-related categories to see engagement sessions, bridal portraits, and weddings.
Alrighty, on to Heather and Grant’s “Outdoor Elegance” wedding! 🙂 I didn’t actually meet Heather or Grant until their wedding day, so all of our “getting-to-know-you” conversations took place over email and the phone. Heather described her and Grant as “living and loving the country life,” which I think is awesome. And then she told me that their wedding was going to take place on a hunting lodge in rural Fort Lawn, SC, and it would have an elegant 1940s vibe. Hmmmmm. I wasn’t so sure what to expect! Glamour out in the woods? Deer heads and damask? Homemade jam and monograms?
I was in for such.a.treat. This wedding was full of DIY, glamourous, picture perfect details. Heather was an absolute beauty, and Grant channeled James Bond. I was in love as soon as I pulled up to the lodge and saw the wispy fabrics and chandelier. See for yourself…
Again, Wedding Festivals brides (and grooms), thank you for visiting! I’m excited to get to know you and to provide you with wedding photography that captures the “real moments, true emotions, and important details of your life.”
As always, please leave a comment below to “show me some love” and let me know you’ve stopped by!

Rose’s mommy and I grew up together since the 3rd grade…we were practically sisters throughout elementary, middle, and high school. We rode to school together, giggled about boys, and pretty much lived at each other’s houses. Thanks to the magic of facebook, we reconnected after quite a few years, and I was honored when Tiffany asked me to photograph Little Miss Rose’s 1 year old portraits. This petite little flower is SUCH a happy girl, and I just fell in love with her cute little dimple and cheerful smile!
Cute, cute, cute!
I loooooove this one!
Giggling with mommy…
…and reading her favorite book.
This funny face cracks me up!
SO happy!
Here’s that cute dimple in action! 🙂
Tiffany and Red, thank you so much for choosing me to photograph Miss Rose’s portraits. It was so special to be able to do this for you, and Tiffany it was great to see you…so much of our childhood and youth was shared. Enjoy your portraits, and I’m looking forward to staying in touch!
